The staff is first and foremost amazing, from Faizal and team at the reception, to Harry in the club lounge and chef Adrian. My wife is gluten free and currently pregnant and the staff made sure my wife could find food and made her special food as well. really felt taken care of. thank you Crown Plaza staff! Besides that, the hotel and location is great, a few restaurants, marts and spas around.

My recent stay at Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and seamless check-in. The hotel's elegant ambiance and modern design immediately set the tone for a luxurious experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Every amenity provided was top-notch, making my stay incredibly convenient. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful experience. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, catering to both local and international tastes. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, featuring fresh and flavorful selections. One of the standout aspects was the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure every request was met with efficiency and kindness. Whether it was assistance with directions or recommendations for exploring Kuala Lumpur, their service was exceptional.

The room was absolutely massive, definitely enough storage space and amazingly comfy bed. My partner loved the bath and the tea was the best English breakfast tea we have had in 2 months around SE Asia so that was a nice find. Gym was perfectly equipped for what I needed and the pool was lovely too, could do with a few more beds at certain times but not really a problem. Location to the centre was ideal as it was an 11 minute walk to the Petronas towers and a metro station so could get anywhere in KL with ease. Staff were helpful and everywhere was so clean. Breakfast had such a wide selection and everything was delicious, especially the cooking stations.

Absolutely outstanding stay – 10/10! This hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything was super modern, from the stylish interiors to the state-of-the-art facilities. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with easy access to everything. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and felt brand new. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect during my stay. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch – everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting KL!

From the moment we arrive we were welcome by the fantastic front of house staff. Every member of staff within this hotel is a credit to it, they are knowledgeable and friendly. The ladies in the Rhymba cafe were extremely kind. Breakfast at this hotel is exceptional staff in the merchant restaurant were excellent. We can not fault any part of this hotel. After travelling around Asia for the last 6 week's this was needed. If you need a hotel in kuala lumpur, pick this it is Fantastic 10/10. There are too many names to mention it is easier to say every member of the staff security, restaurant,concierge, reception, housekeeping and the management were exceptional. Thank you for a lovely experience and stay. We will be back

The room was comfortable and very clean. The lifts are super fast and service was very good. My wife had food poisoning from another restaurant in town. So the night staff offered to call a doctor or take her to the hospital. However she got better in the morning and got ready to check out. At exactly 12noon we got a call from the reception, not for us to check out but to ask if we would like a late check out as the morning manager came to know my wife was unwell and if she would like to rest more…. This will be the most endearing moment of our stay in any hotel. Humanity restored

Very clean and comfortable beds. The room was very spacious, large TV, good interior design, and large bathroom space. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and private, which gave you a very good view of KL, which was stunning at night! Overall, it's a very good 5* hotel with a great night sleep!

This hotel is newly opened (opened mid Dec) and will fully open in mid Feb. I was given a spacious room with beautiful views of the city (facing away from Petronas Twin Towers). Amenities were provided except the hairdryer which I had to request for. Staffs were really polite and friendly, although the housekeeping staff I interacted with was the only one who could not understand much English. The hotel is located a walking distance away from the twin towers and have food areas nearby that are usually open for dinner onwards. There are also several malls in the twin tower area.

Location, staff at breakfast especially the pancake staff. They were so professional and friendly. Best staff I've met. Reception and security were amazing so friendly and helpful. I can't fault any staff they were all exceptional. Rooms were lovely always clean and well maintained.
