Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre

The room was comfortable and very clean. The lifts are super fast and service was very good. My wife had food poisoning from another restaurant in town. So the night staff offered to call a doctor or take her to the hospital. However she got better in the morning and got ready to check out. At exactly 12noon we got a call from the reception, not for us to check out but to ask if we would like a late check out as the morning manager came to know my wife was unwell and if she would like to rest more…. This will be the most endearing moment of our stay in any hotel. Humanity restored

Very clean and comfortable beds. The room was very spacious, large TV, good interior design, and large bathroom space. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and private, which gave you a very good view of KL, which was stunning at night! Overall, it's a very good 5* hotel with a great night sleep!

i stayed in about 10 hotels in my KL 7weeks trip and here 4 days was pretty ok. Opened 15/12/2023 so still in testing phase. breakfast was overall very good. We had dinner there 3 evenings and we can say food there is pretty good taste. Thanks chef! pool on 33rd floor has a good view but I can get very windy and you almost want to leave. Cold water in pool and jacuzzi. no sauna. Breakfast staff is ok but they can get better. aircon in room impossible to set up for the right temperature. Needs to be fixed. Also And a bit loud when is on. Soundproof is not done well. Somehow through the window frame you can hear people next door so when hotel gets busy this can get annoying for guests as they hear each other. So be aware of this. Everything else is very good. I like when you need help almost for anything if they know they will help . For example when I need help to add some extra baggage on my flight from Kuala Lumpur to Penang with Air Asia , I really don’t know how to contact them so I call the Operator of the Hotel to connect me to Air Asia then Miss EANN is on duty that day and she asked me whether I need any help ? Of course I say Yes , since I am not good on computer how to go about to add that extra baggage then she manage to help me to solve all my problem and did it all with patient and smile always . Miss EANN really impressed me very much . She is the best hotel employee I have ever met .

This hotel is truly exceptional with its warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Zaid, whose invaluable tips enhanced our entire stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. A special mention to Shelby (known as Leen), who was especially warm and made our experience even more memorable. I would definitely return!
